Once you have created a campaign and completed the settings on the first tab, you can create the campaign questionnaire. 



Start building the questionnaire by adding a question. Click on the "+" button in the middle of the screen :



You can select the type of question and make it mandatory if needed.
Once the question is filled out, click Validate : 



By clicking the next "+", you can either add another question or choose to End the survey.

After all questions have been added, it is necessary to click End the survey to proceed to the next step :



The screen will display the end of the survey in red : 




This first section demonstrates how to create a simple questionnaire.


COMPLEX QUESTIONNAIRE

You can make the form more complex by :

  • Adding scenarios
  • Linking questions to specific answers
  • Creating internal or pre-configured questions


ADD A SCENARIO


Such a section allows you to create different scenarios based on customer responses, for example. 

To add a section, click Add :



Click on the scenario to add questions to it. The process for creating questions within a scenario is the same as for a simple questionnaire.
It is necessary to end the scenario to include it in the questionnaire : 



To include the scenario in the questionnaire, click on a "+" and select Redirect to a new scenario



The scenario will then be included in the questionnaire : 



LINK A QUESTION TO ANOTHER


Depending on the answer to a question, you can add follow-up questions that are directly linked to it.



This allows for the creation of different possibilities based on your needs : 



INTERNAL OR PRE-CONFIGURED QUESTION

When creating or editing a question, you can designate it as an internal or pre-configured question by clicking on the gear icon below :
