If you have the appropriate user profile, you can create campaigns. Click on X from the left tab or on the homepage. You can see all the created campaigns and/or create a new one by clicking on.

You can create a new campaign in three steps: Information, Form and Agents Assignment.


Step 1:

Enter the campaign name.

The campaign objective allows users to understand the contents of a campaign and to explain it to their contacts.

The start and end date allows you to determine the campaign duration

The agent profile(s) allows the definition of which types of users can process this campaign.

You can also specify for which brands this campaign is targeting. Click on ‘Next step’ to continue.



Step 2:

You need to enter the questions shown on the form. You must choose between 5 types of question (multiple choice, single choice, paragraph, date and hour) and whether the questions are obligatory by clicking on  You can add as many questions as necessary and set the choice of answers.

You can duplicateor deletea question (one field must be filled in to do this) and preview your questionnaire by clicking on the eye.

To start the campaign, click on Save and Create The Campaign.


Step 3:

You can assign the campaign’s contacts to the agents who will be responsible for calling them. To add contacts, click on Add contacts.

A pop-up opens with instructions:
You will be sent to the contacts menu to filter and select the contacts involved in the campaign.

On the CONTACTS menu, the side filters will allow you to target the contacts that you wish to assign to this campaign.


In the filter menu, you have two options:

  • Who: indicates the criteria of the contacts that you wish to search.
  • What: indicates the criteria of the type of document, for example.



Once filters have been applied click on add selected contacts to a current campaign in the ACTIONS menu.



Next, choose whether you wish to add contacts who have not given authorisation to call their telephone number. Contacts with no number cannot be added to the campaign.



You can always add new contacts if you wish, before creating your new campaign. Once all the contacts have been added to the campaign, you can then assign them to an agent.


By default, the assignment is automatic. An agent from the profile group allocated to the campaign to be treated will be automatically allocated to these contacts. If you wish to assign an agent manually, tick your contact and assign him an agent who will be charged with contacting them. Then, you need to click on Create the campaign.


Your campaign is now visible. The status is in progress and the other columns will show you the campaign’s progress and finally the results.

You can modify, delete a campaign in the ACTIONS menu to the right.
