The creation of a campaign and its configuration are done from the Administrator view.
The configuration is carried out on the first tab of the campaign creation process.
GENERAL INFORMATION
It is necessary to provide the campaign label as well as its objective.
Select a start date (an end date is not mandatory) as well as the execution type.
RECCURENCE TYPE
For the recurrence type :
- Unique : A single targeting is performed.
- Recurring : Targeting is performed regularly based on the configured settings.
If the campaign creator does not want to set an end date for the targeting, they must check the Unlimited duration box.
CLIENT CALLBACK
For further configuration, provide the following details :
- The processing time for contacts (after this time, contacting them is no longer possible).
- The alert before the call deadline.
A safeguard against multiple targeting is available, as well as the option to send the questionnaire to contacts via email.
ASSIGNMENT
In the Assignment(s) section :
- Specify the profiles of the agents responsible for handling the contacts.
- Indicate the relevant brands. If no brand is specified, the targeting applies to all brands.
