Once you have created a campaign, you can process its contacts. To do this, you need to be in Agent view. 

From the Administrator view, click on the "Agent View" button :



CHOOSE THE CONTACTS TO PROCESS

From the Agent view, click on the eye icon in the Details column, located all the way to the left of the screen :



You can apply filters (e.g. brand, type of contact, etc.) and select one or more contacts to process. Then click on "Process these contacts" in the Actions menu : 



A confirmation window will open, click "Confirm" :


PROCESS ALL THE CONTACTS

If you wish to process contacts that are assigned to you or that are not assigned to any agent without choosing them, you can press "Process the campaign" directly on the campaign list.
