To manage appointments and jobs, configuring their statuses is possible within iziflo SAV.
ADD A STATUS
Click on the "+" button to add a new status.
A window will open:
Fill in the mandatory fields marked with *.
Associate this new status either with the appointment (so it appears in their status list)
or with interventions (so it appears in their status list).
Select the sites on which this new status will be visible.
Associate this new status with a category (a category can group several statuses).
This new status can then be linked to automations such as automatic SMS or email sending.
Click on CREATE.
Use the arrows on the left to move the status to the desired position in the list.
DELETE A STATUS
Click the trash icon next to the status you want to delete.
PRIVILEGE
Access rights for managing statuses are handled in Users and Profiles > Settings > Configure status flows.
