FROM THE CUSTOMER FILE


To send a follow-up link with details of the work carried out, go to the customer card and click on the telephone or envelope.


APPOINTMENT-TRACKER SMS


Select the appropriate template, or customize the message if no template has been previously set.



APPOINTMENT-TRACKER EMAIL


Select a template or, enter a subject and write the email to the customer.



To set up an "Appointment-tracker link" template, please contact iziflo support.


Setting up a template will enable you to select a predefined message type and therefore avoid you having to re-enter the SMS or the email.



FROM THE INTERVENTION FILE


On the customer's job dossier, click on the phone or envelope to send an SMS or email.
