CREATE AN APPOINTMENT

An appointment can be created via various modules:


VIA A CONTACT OR VEHICLE CARD

On the right-hand side of the appointment file, click on (+) in the Appointments section. 


VIA THE DROP-OFF/PICK-UP OR JOB SCHEDULE

On the bottom-left, click on the Create an appointment button.


FILL-IN AN APPOINTMENT

CHOOSE THE VEHICLE & CONTACT

Depending on the method used to create the appointment, certain information will need to be added:

Via one of the cards, choose the associated contact or vehicle. 

Via one of the schedules, choose both the associated contact & vehicle.


From the next step onwards, a summary is available on the left and is populated with each new piece of provided information. 


CHOOSE THE JOBS 

The second step is to choose jobs using the provided categories. 

You can fill out the following job information:

- the associated workshop

- the job's duration

- a comment

- parts availability

- job information


The job can be deleted by clicking on the bin.

In the event of multiple jobs, the order can be rearranged using the drag and drop function on the left of the job.


At this stage, you can also add information related to the appointment as a whole, the client's transcription and a general comment. 

If the appointment is duplicated, all of the above information is carried over to the new appointment. 


CHOOSE THE SLOTS

At Select a date on the calendar and either: 

(1) choose drop-off & pick-up slots on the right; or

(2) schedule the appointment for a later date by ticking the option below the calendar


You can view the workshop's theoretical workload by hovering over a date in the calendar. 

An icon indicated that drop-off is onmy possible on days running-up to that date. 


Appointment scheduling is the customer's desired date.

Scheduling via the drop-off/pick-up & job schedules are the planned dates.


EDIT OR DELETE AN APPOINTMENT

Appointments can be edited via the pencil located under the appointment file's reference number.

To delete one, use the bin icon.
