DIFFERENT STATUS
Several status can be allocated to a job. For example, a job can be : In progress, Done, Delivered...
DIRECTLY FROM THE SCHEDULES
You can track the jobs follow up directly from the drop-off and collection schedule and the jobs schedule. The jobs colours on the schedules are updated at each status change.
When clicking on the job, you can open the appointment and change the status.
FROM THE APPOINTMENT
You can display the status by opening the appointment, without accessing it from the schedules.
JOB FOLLOW-UP – BY THE CONTACT
APPOINTMENT TRACKING LINK
A tracking link is sent to the customer so that they can follow the status of the jobs on their vehicle. It displays the details of the appointment, and the status of the jobs.
FOLLOW UP IN THE WAITING ROOM
In the workshop's waiting room, a screen displays the information that can be useful to the customer such as the appointment time, the number of jobs, and if they are done or still in progress.
