WARNING TRIGGER
A warning sign is triggered if a job :
- Does not have a "In progress" status although the starting time has passed ;
- Does not have a "Done" status although the end time has passed.
ALERT DISPLAY
ON THE JOB SCHEDULE
The icon
is displayed :
- Next to the name of the technician in charge for the repair
- Next to the appointment reference
ON THE APPOINTMENT
The icon
is displayed :
- Next to the name of the job
- A red label indicates the number of alerts for this appointment
ON THE APPOINTMENT PREVIEW
The icon
appears on each late job.
DELETE THE ALERTS
Alerts are automatically erased if :
- The status is switched to “in progress” if the starting hour has passed already
- The status is switched to “done” if the end hour has passed
