SEND MANUAL SMS
Manual SMS can be sent by pressing on the icon 
. You can send SMS from the contact card or from the job folder.

SMS SENDING WINDOW
When clicking on the SMS icon, a window opens. You can choose to send a pre-configured SMS - a previously prepared template - or write it yourself, directly in the SMS frame.
COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
The contact's main number is selected by default in the communication channels. If neeed, you can change it by hand by typing it in the appropriate field.
SMS TEMPLATES
Templates that were pre-configured are available in a dropdown. They are organised per category and can be created in the settings.
MANUALLY WRITTEN SMS
You can write SMS in the frame, with a limit of 160 characters. Variables such as the name and date of birth can be added wherever you placed the mouse cursor, you by clicking on the label.
Once the SMS is written or selected in the dropdown, you can click on Send. A window opens to inform you that the text was sent.
