JOB FOLLOW UP – PER WORKSHOP
FROM THE SCHEDULES
You can track the status of jobs directly on the drop-off and collection schedule or the job schedule.
To do so, click on the job of your choice and the job appointment will open. There you can see the status of the various jobs in the same appointment.
FROM THE APPOINTMENT DIRECTLY
The same way, if you cant to look at all of the jobs for the same appointment, you can directly open the appointment on the full screen. You can either look for it in the searchbar, open it from the vehicle / contact, or click on the appointment reference on the schedule.
JOBS FOLLOW UP – BY THE CLIENT
DISTANCE - AUTOMATIC COMMUNICATIONS
A link is sent automatically to the client. From this link, they can track the progression of the repairs.
IN THE WAITING ROOM
It is possible to display the number of finalised repairs on the screen of the waiting room. The administrator can activate it in the settings > waiting room screen.
