Depending on your dealership configuration, this functionality might be optional. To report a file complete, in the DEALS menu, find your transaction and check the list of attachments. You can then choose:
- to click on the bar in the ‘File completion’ column
- to click on actions at the end of the line and choose ‘File completion’
If the file is incomplete, tick file incomplete, specify in the field below. The progress bar then becomes red. A notification containing the sales order number is displayed in the notification bell.
The person in charge of the file can click directly on the notification to open the line of the order concerned. They can then click on the bar to check the notes.
Tick the complete file option if the file is complete for sending for invoicing. A notification containing the order number is also displayed.
The financing progress bar will then be green.
