New features and enhancements:

IZIFLO SALES

Deals

  • Allocation from the Deals : The vehicle’s color is now displayed when assigning or reserving it on a purchase order.
  • Service contract notes: For sales orders and proformas, the display of service contract notes can now be configured by instance — whether they appear by default or not, and whether they can be removed or not. Please contact Iziflo support for configuration.

Notifications

  • Discount approved/rejected :  The creator of a document can now be notified when their discount overage is reviewed.

Reports

  • "Monitor leads conversion" report : The column "Source" (chatbot, website, etc.) has been added to the "Monitor leads conversion" report to identify the conversion rate per source.

Z.Logistics

  • Chassis not subject to inventory : Z‑Logistics notifies users when a vehicle marked as inventory‑exempt in the product settings is scanned.

An informational banner is displayed on screen, and these vehicles appear in the inventory report with a dedicated icon.

Z.Moderation

It is now possible to :

  • View the transaction's attachments directly on the App
  •  Activate and configure the notifications from the App

A frame containing a QR code and a link to dowload the Z.Moderation App was added to all modules that need moderation (PR, SO, Discount overrun).

IZIFLO SERVICES

Appointment booking

  • Online appointment booking : Theregistration field is now unique and smart. If the vehicle is recognized, its information is automatically filled in on the page; otherwise, the user is clearly guided to enter it manually.
  • Appointment confirmation: In appointment confirmation emails and SMS messages, a QR code/link is now available, allowing the customer to add the appointment to their calendar (Google / Apple).

Appointment and contact record

  • Detailed history of sent after‑sales communications: It now includes the actual content of the messages sent (email or SMS). With one click, users can view the transmitted message — including the subject line for emails — and clearly see whether it came from a template or free text. This improvement provides greater transparency, traceability, and ease in tracking customer communications.

Workshop follow-up screen

  • Workshop follow-up screen for technicians : A new viewing screen dedicated to tracking workshop jobs is now available. It allows you to select which columns to display, just like the customer home screen. This screen makes it easier to:

    > identify the vehicles to be serviced that day,

    > track jobs currently in progress,

    > view overdue jobs.

The available and customisable columns are: registration number, time of receipt, time of return (D+X if delayed), make, model, service, service adviser, technician in charge, service status, job status, and delay alert.

Please contact Iziflo support for assistance with configuration and to create user credentials.

    Leads
  • Lead abandonment :  it is now aligned with Iziflo Sales. From either the list or the detail view, users are prompted with a modal requiring a reason. Once abandoned, the lead is removed from the list, marked as abandoned, and the indicated reason is logged.

Settings

  • Secure schedule management when user permissions change : Any action affecting a user’s assignment (profile change, removal of access to a site or workshop, or account deletion) now triggers clear alert messages and automatically applies the appropriate updates to the iziflo Services schedules.
  • Workshop jobs settings : A search bar has been added to the jobs setting page.

Z.Review

  • User expericence optimization :
    • The Vehicle Tour is sent as a background task once finalised, allowing you to proceed directly to completing the Work Order without waiting for the upload to finish. Media and documents are synchronised automatically and, in the event of a failure, resynchronisation is possible from the ‘My Work Orders’ page.
    • You can choose whether or not to display the Work Order PDF once it has been signed. This setting must be enabled and applies to the entire instance. Enabling it requires a support request.
  • Visual redesign of the reception schedule and the list of work orders linked to a vehicle: the elements have been simplified, there are new colour codes and improved synchronisation management.
  • Multiple work orders for a single appointment:When an iziflo appointment needs several work orders it is now possible to retrieve the information from the previous finalised work order.

The vehicle walk around data, inspection points and courtesy car information are duplicated but still editable.

The Z-Review visual interface was adapted to reflect those changes and simply its use.

IZIFLO SALES & SERVICES

Settings

  • A column "Profile" appears in the user licenses list and allows to search per profile through the pre-exixting search bar.

SMS

  • The new version of Iziflo provides improved management of SMS messages sent to contacts. Users can now see whether a primary phone number is eligible to receive SMS messages, thanks to a dedicated column and icon displayed in contact records and marketing campaigns.

If a number is not eligible, the history clearly indicates the failure and manual SMS messages cannot be sent, preventing errors and ensuring more reliable tracking of customer communications.

This feature enhances the accuracy of campaigns and simplifies the work of Sales and Customer Service teams.
