For each lead, there is a Classification field.




This field makes it possible to categorize the incoming leads, for example: Sales or After-sales.





Note: If the lead is categorized as After-sales, it will be sent to the iziflo After-sales side for assistants and service advisors to be processed as a workshop appointment request.

In iziflo After-sales it is possible to send this lead back to the Sales side by re-categorizing it as Sales.
