When a user is deleted, the system automatically moves all of their scheduled interventions from the day of deletion onwards into the “To be scheduled” section.
Before deletion
The user appears in the schedule with their planned interventions.
Example below with a technician.
After deletion
All events planned from the day of deletion and in the future are automatically moved into the “To be scheduled” backlog.
These interventions can then be reassigned to another technician in just a few clicks.
Management of past events
The events carried out up until the day before the deletion remain associated with the deleted user.
Queries and reports retain this data in order to ensure traceability of all actions carried out before the deletion.
