New features and enhancements:

IZIFLO SALES

Contacts

  • This feature allows you to add, view, and delete comments directly on contact cards.
Comments are displayed chronologically, with the option to filter by user for easy monitoring.
Access to each comment is limited to its author and higher team members. Comments created in the last 24 hours can be deleted. This feature is not subject to privilege.

Deals

  • This new feature allows you to predefine the documents to be printed on sales orders and proformas.
The administrator can configure this option when adding “Document” type media in the “Products” menu. Documents can be configured by brand, model, and version.
The selected documents will then be automatically pre-selected when printing PDFs, while offering the option to unselect them if necessary.

Deals & stock

  • Optimisation of stock display and archived transactions
In order to improve display performance in Iziflo, several adjustments have been made:
    • Stock display with filter on the “INV” accounting status
Until now, the application displayed all frames invoiced since Iziflo was implemented, including all associated columns, which could cause slowdowns. >> Changes made:
      • The stock view now only displays chassis' invoiced in the last three months (in addition to the current month).
      • A new view dedicated to invoiced chassis' has been created, with a simplified display containing only essential information.
    • Display of archived transactions
The complete display of all transactions archived since the launch of Iziflo could cause longer loading times, particularly due to the large volume of data. >> Change made:
      • The view of archived deals and transactions now includes filters by archiving date range, allowing for a more targeted and efficient display.

Logistics

  • It is now possible to exclude certain vehicles from inventories and associated reports to make them easier to read. This change is particularly useful for vehicles that do not need to be accounted for, such as for equipment brands.
It is possible to define a vehicle make, model, or version as ‘inventory exempt’ from the Products > Actions section. This action is reserved for users with the new privilege: “Inventory Exemption (Make/Model/Version)”.
Products marked in this way are identifiable in the catalogue thanks to a new icon and can be filtered.
A new column “Inventory exempt” has been added to inventory reports, with an icon to identify the concerned vehicles. If an exempt vehicle is not scanned, it does not appear in the report. If it is scanned, it is displayed as “OK” and is no longer considered missing.

Reports

  • A new query has been created listing all abandoned transactions and related information.
A new privilege, “View abandoned transactions,” has been created to control access to this report.
Please note that the data will only be available once this new feature goes live; the history will not be visible.

Z.Logistics

  • During an inventory, it is possible to add a comment when a vehicle is identified as surplus (e.g., tag number, vehicle aisle, characteristics). The comment is visible on the web, allowing you to provide information to the user in charge of inventory control.

  • Addition of an orange banner ”Vehicle already unloaded" to alert users in the case of multiple unloadings. This is a non-blocking alert; users can scan the vehicle a second time, however the chassis park will not change and will remain in PHY.
To change a vehicle's park, users must use the transfer feature.

  • The alert displayed when a user logs out has been elaborated to provide more information about possible consequences.
It now specifies all actions in progress, paused, or unsynchronised that will be lost, for example, in the case of an unfinished inventory or an unsent transfer.

  • A confirmation message prompts the user to confirm or cancel the action before continuing. When transfers are made to chassis' with INV accounting status, the accounting agency is not changed, but the park is now updated with the receiving park.

IZIFLO SERVICES

Job schedule

  • When a user is deleted, all jobs, drop-offs, and collections scheduled for the same day and in the future are automatically moved to the ”To be scheduled" column. This makes it easy to reassign them to another employee from the schedule interfaces.
Past events (up to the day before deletion) are not modified: they remain visible and associated with the deleted user, ensuring the traceability of actions.
Reports retain the deleted user's information for past events.

Settings

  • Administrators can now customise Service advisor and technician work times.
This feature allows you to define specific time slots, including non-working days, and easily copy these settings between users.
These times are automatically taken into account in the public form and internal schedules, improving availability management.

  • A new settings interface allows you to access public links for appointment booking forms and generate associated QR codes.
These QR codes can be used in marketing campaigns or displayed at strategic locations.
A custom designation can be added during the QR code generation to identify the source of the lead. This designation is displayed in the leads menu upon receipt of the lead.
The goal is to facilitate the tracking and analysis of the channels from which appointments originate.

Waiting room screen

  • A new status has been added to better track customers present on site: ”Waiting for drop-off."
This status allows Service advisors to identify customers who have arrived at the counter for their appointment but have been asked to wait in the lounge while advisors finalise the drop-offs with other customers.
Advisors can now more easily distinguish between customers who have already arrived and those who are still expected via the customer screen.
