This feature allows you to configure time slots that differ from the general drop-off/collection hours (for service advisors) and job hours (for technicians), including non-working days, and to duplicate these settings for other users.
Setting Up Custom Schedules
Open the "SETTINGS" module, then go to the "Opening hours" section.
Select the "Technicians" or "Services advisors" tab.
Example below with a service advisor:
Select the relevant user.
Adjust his available days and time slots.
You can copy a time slot from one day to another (same user).
You can also duplicate these schedules to another user (same site or different site).
Managing Absences
From the same screen, indicate the non-working days for the service advisors.
Note: This information will automatically be taken into account in the planning.
Note: Custom schedules set here override and replace the general schedules for the selected service advisors or technicians.
Only users with specific schedules configured will appear in this menu. Users with default schedules will not be displayed.
The process is the same for technicians.
