OPEN THE WORKSHOP SCHEDULE
The workshop schedule is used to plan and view the schedules of the various workshops, technicians and mechanics.
To view it, open it from the home page or the vertical menu on the left of the screen.
VIEW YOUR PLANNING
FILTER BY WORKSHOP
If you have access to several workshops, you can choose which one to display by clicking on its name. Otherwise, you will only see the schedule(s) to which you have access.
The workload rate for the workshop in question appears under the workshop name, as well as on the calendar displayed to the right of the schedule.
FILTER PER USER
On the right-hand side of the screen, you can select the users whose timetables you wish to display.
TYPE OF DISPLAY
You can display the intervention schedule by schedule view, daily list or weekly list.
