TARGETING

Targeting can be automatic or manual


TARGETING RULES - CSS CAMPAIGNS SPECIFICITIES 

1. TARGETING CRITERIA

Targeting takes place the dayafter the invoice date. If a vehicle or RO is invoiced on the 10/10, the customer will be targeted on the 11/10.


2. BRAND

A customer is targeted by brand. If they buy a Toyota and a Suzuki, they will be targeted twice. However, if they buy 2 Toyotas, they will only be targeted once. 


3. PERIOD

The same customer can only be targeted once per 30-day periode for the same brand. If a Toyota RO is invoiced on the 01/09 and another on the 25/09, they will only be called once. On the other hand if a Suzuki RO is invoiced on the 03/09, they will be targeted on the 02/09 for the Toyota and 04/09 for the Suzuki.


4. DOUBLONS

Theses rules help avoiding duplication.
