CONSULT THE REPAIR ORDER HISTORY
When you are on the vehicle card, you can look at the RO history coming directly from the DMS and updated with iziflo appointments.
There, you will see all of the repair orders for the vehicle, even if they are just quotations, and no matter the status (invoiced, created, to invoice...).
When clicking on the eye, you can display the details as added in the DMS.
ASSOCIATE A RO TO AN APPOINTMENT
To associate a RO to an appointment, click on the appointment and then on "Send to the DMS".
You can choose to create a RO, if this is a new appointment for example, or associate a RO if there is already one for this appointment.
When clicking on the magnifier, you can see the list of RO that were already created for this vehicle. Once you have chosen it, you can associate it by cliking on "Confirm".
