From the job file (small window), you can click on the eye icon to view the job file (big window): 






You will then be able to modify the work order for signature: 







In the actions menu, the Signature option is currently greyed out. Click on Modify to open the form: 







Once the form is open, you can fill it out directly by clicking on the input fields, or by clicking on Edit Using The Form — the latter is easier for precise input: 








Complete the form by filling in all mandatory fields, marked with an asterisk (*). 







Once all information is filled in, click on Finalize. The following window will appear:






After confirming, you can now modify the work order once more: 







It is now ready to be signed:








Select Digital signature on pad:







Sign as the service advisor, then have your client sign:








The signature is done using the stylus provided with the tablet:







Once the signature is confirmed, it will appear on your document:
