From the drop-off/collection schedule or the job schedule, you can schedule absences for your team members (service advisors in the former, technicians in the latter).


To do so, click on the following button:





A window will open where you'll need to fill in all mandatory fields (marked with an *) as well as the relevant dates.
Note: Accents are important for correctly identifying your colleague. 



Once confirmed, the following window will appear: 



After refreshing the schedule, you will see that it has been updated for the person concerned: 




If the employee had jobs or appointments scheduled during the selected period, they will need to be reassigned to another user:
