On the left side of your screen, you can click on Drop-off and collection schedule:
Alternatively, from the same left-hand menu, you can select Drop-off and collection:
The Drop-off and collection schedule will be displayed. Here, you can choose to show or hide Drop-offs or Collections to get a more focused view:
You can also switch to Weekly list view or select the service advisors you want to display:
The calendar on the right allows you to choose the desired date:
You can drag and drop drop-offs and collections from the To be scheduled section into the service advisor's schedule:
Drop-offs are represented by the following icon: 
And collections by this icon:
