Once the form link is embedded on your website, the client can fill it out. Once completed, their request will become a lead to be processed for appointment creation.

After entering their vehicle information, they move on to the second step, where they can select the type of service, such as periodic maintenance in this example: 



In the next step, the client can choose a preferred time slot.
This time slot will need to be confirmed when processing the lead—at this stage, it’s only a preference.

In the final step, the client must enter their personal information to submit the request: 



Once submitted, a summary of the request appears, and the client can then wait for your confirmation of the appointment:
