WhatsApp appointment booking*

Appointment scheduling is evolving: customers can now book an appointment via WhatsApp.

After-sales service customers can contact your workshop's WhatsApp chatbot by answering pre-set questions.

Find the details of customer requests in the LEADS menu of the After-Sales Service and process them as your usual requests. 



Daily list view

A new view is now available for greater visibility on the on-going day.

Consult the repair orders, status and availability of the required parts by the day's interventions in the same place. 



New after-sales service queries

Discover three new queries for After-Sales Service available on both After-Sales Service and Sales modules.


The historical of intervention files by category query will provide you with statistics on the frequency of appointments for each intervention category.

You can also use it as a pre-configured targeting tool for your marketing campaigns.
Target all your customers who haven't booked an appointment for a specific service category, and offer them a special offer. 


The after-sales lead history query enables you to target leads transformed in marketing campaigns, and to investigate appointment bookings in order to determine a transformation rate. 


Drop-off processing tracking query will give you an overview on the percentage of unfulfilled drop-off over a given period of time.



Workflow management

From now on, you can manage the available statuses on intervention files as well as on intervention statuses.


Create, change the order, color, choose the relevant site(s) and associate these statuses with automations (types of customer communications).
