You can send emails to your customers automatically from IZIFLO.

To do this, triggers must be put into place. In other words, a specific action that triggers the email to be sent must be set up.


For example, if the work on the customer's vehicle has been completed, an automatic email will be sent to let them know they can collect it.

When the job's status has been changed to a specific status (e.g. Available), the email is sent.


These emails do not require any manual action on your part.
