To optimize your time when the client drops off his vehicle, a mobile application exists to take you around the vehicle without you having to go back to your office.

Service advisors no longer have to return to their desks for the vehicle tour.
Z-Review lets them view their drop-offs for the day and even for the days ahead.
Click on the drop-off to be carried out, then take a photo of the vehicle by clicking on the orange circle.
Once you've taken the photos, add a comment or use voice dictation by clicking on the microphone.
You can pause the drop-off or finalize it by clicking on the "Finalize" button.
Click on "Back" if you have forgotten an item in the previous step, or choose to confirm receipt of the vehicle.
Once drop-off has been confirmed, it will be grayed out on the application.
If you decide to pause your drop-off, i.e. if you clicked on "Pause" when describing the status of the vehicle, you will find this drop-off in "My drop-offs".
The red dot indicates the number of paused or unsynchronized drop-offs (if you don't have Internet access when you finalize them).
Click to display the list of drop-offs concerned.
Click on the relevant drop-off and complete it, then finalize.
