"Tasks" can be added to the job schedule.
These are useful for internal organization purposes and are included in the workload schedule.
ADD A TASK
To add a task to the job schedule, click on "Add a task".
A window opens by clicking on it.
Fill in the mandatory fields and save.
The task then appears on the job schedule for the people concerned.
DELETE OR MODIFY A TASK
If you wish to modify or delete a task, click on the relevant task on the schedule.
Please note that only the user who created the task can modify or delete it.
If you are the creator, the window opens for deletion or modification.
To delete a task, click on "Delete".
To modify it, click on "Modify". The edit window opens.
Edit the task and save.
