When you create an appointment or plan a job, there are indicators to guide and optimise your schedule.
PLANNING ASSISTANCE
ON THE JOB SCHEDULE
Directly on the schedule, the slots are coloured green, orange or red depending on their availability. A message specifying the reason(s) for unavailability appears at the top of the screen.
- RED: An alert that could prevent the service from being carried out. E.g.: The vehicle has not been droped-off.
- ORANGE : Relative alert, which is not blocking, but which must be taken into account when planning out the intervention. E.g.: A service has already been positioned in the same slot.
- GREEN : Available slot.
WORKLOAD
The workshop load is visually represented by the colours red, orange and green. It can be consulted under the name of the workshop in the job schedule, on the calendar, but also directly on the workload schedule. The colours indicate :
- RED : Workshop is busy, close to 100%.
- ORANGE : Low availability.
- GREEN : Available.
UNDER THE WORKSHOP'S NAME
The workload for each workshop is written under its name. On the left, you can read the planned workload, and on the right the theoretical workload.
ON THE CALENDAR
The calendar at the top right of the screen gives an overall view of the workshop workload for the month.
