It is now possible to integrate an interfaced chat into iziflo to exchange directly with the prospect via the company number.
CONFIGURATION
In order to access this feature, you must first provide iziflo support with your Meta-certified WhatsApp number(s) (WhatsApp imposes this condition to verify a company's legitimacy).
You will then be asked for a series of details about your WhatsApp Business account in order to associate your line(s) with iziflo (one line = one company).
Once configured, all your conversations with prospects will be centralised in iziflo's LEADS module.
STEPS
The prospect scans the QRCode visible on the communication of your choice (flyer, website, car...).
They'll then be able to start a conversation with the WhatsApp chatbot and answer the questions to best define the customer's needs.
Once the conversation is over, the lead appears in the LEADS menu.
A live chat can be continued with the prospect via iziflo.
The prerequisites for using chat are:
● The lead must be assigned to a user
● The lead's status must be "To be contacted".
● The iziflo user must have the required privileges.
● The conversation must not exceed 24 hours
To start a chat conversation, click on the icon in the "WhatsApp chat" column.
You can then continue the conversation via the menu at the bottom right.
Notifications are displayed in red if new messages are received.
Once the lead has been transformed into a prospect, the designated "Salesperson" will be able to chat with the customer.
The "Messaging" column must be activated if the user cannot visualise it.
Conversations last 24 hours. They can be ended manually by clicking on "End conversation". If the customer writes back, a new lead will be created.
As long as the conversation has not ended, the customer can continue to write in the same lead.
All exchanges are visible on Prospection documents and the chat.
USER RIGHTS
User rights related to WhatsApp messaging must be activated via a profile type or individual users.
