LINK A LEAD AND A PRE-EXISTING DEAL

From the LEADS menu, it is possible for users with the appropriate right to link a lead to a deal. To proceed, press the  button in the “Deal number” column.

You can link a lead to a deal if :

- The lead isn’t associated to another deal 

 - The lead is linked to a deal that does not have the "Won" status"

 - The lead's status is "To contact" or "Transformed" 


 The deals suggested in the list are : 

 - The deals with a customer sales order identical to the lead

 - The deals that are not associated yet to a lead

 - The deals that are not lost

 - The deals that are not archived

 - The deals created less than X months ago (Setting per company) 

 - The deals created by you or your staff


LINK A PRE-EXISTING LEAD TO A DEAL 


When saving a transaction (sales order / proforma / prospection) and if the deal is not associated yet to a lead, iziflo checks if a lead matches this deal. This check is made for new deals and those that were created within the 3 last months.

A window opens and displays a list of leads, ordered by % of match. If a lead is the only one that can be associated to this deal - if it is a perfect match -  it is automatically selected.

Leads suggested in this list have those criteria :

 - The lead has the same information as the customer sales order of the deal : name + phone n° or name + email address.

- Leads that were not processed yet

 - Processed leads that were not linked to a "Won" deal 

 - Leads that were not reported as spam

 - Leads that were not abandonned

 - Leads created less than X months ago (Setting per company)

 - Leads from your company

SETTINGS - USER RIGHTS


The user right “Link a lead to a deal” must to be activated by the person in charge. It is available in the Settings > User profiles settings  > Leads.
