USERS AND CLIENTS SETTINGS
Only authorised users may access the follow-up programming interface. Follow-ups apply only to authorised users on the companies/brands of the programmed follow-ups.
Only the contact cards that have at least one “Authorised to contact client” channel can be contacted for follow-ups.
FOLLOW-UP MANAGEMENT
To programme a follow-up, go to the Settings menu > Follow-up management.
Any previously programmed follow-ups will be displayed.
To add another follow-up, click on “Add a follow-up”.
You must choose a trigger event:
- PR validation: confirmed proforma
- SO validation: confirmed sales order
- End date of PR validity
- SO expiration date
- Estimated delivery date SO
- Vehicle delivery: client delivery date (the delivery programme must be confirmed)
- Invoicing
- End of lease term
You will then need to select a reason for the follow-up. It will be displayed on the event in the calendar. (This is the same list that is displayed when creating a new event in the calendar.)
You can also choose between several brands and prices. Then enter the number of days (before or after the trigger according to the time in ‘When’ field) and the time of the follow-up. The working hours will vary depending on your profile configuration.
CALENDAR DISPLAY
This setting will allow the reminder to be displayed in the creator’s calendar. The title will be composed of "Reminder + triggering event + duration + when + document reference".
The default status is "Pending".
FOLLOW-UP MANAGEMENT
In addition to automatic follow-ups from the (PR or SO) document, you can program automatic follow-ups, depending on the trigger type.
