PROCESS A LEAD

Once you have assigned a lead, the pencil next to the client’s name will activate. By clicking on it, a window will open and once the sales rep chooses the type of contact and fill in the required information, then click on Next Step.



If IZIFLO detects a duplicate, a pop-up appears, suggesting the use of an existing contact.

Then the prospect form will appear, and the sales rep can fill in information concerning the type of vehicle the lead is interested in. The Approach field is automatically filled in and cannot be modified.

By default, every internet lead is rated three stars, but it can be modified.

The report shows by default the lead's message. The user can complete the prospect and enter the vehicle information that they require.
