MANUAL ASSIGNMENT
Assigning a lead to a sales rep is subject to the "Assign leads to sales reps" privilege.
In the LEADS table, in the "Assign to" column, click on the cell and choose a sales rep from the list that appears.
The status will then change from ‘To assign’ to ‘To contact’.
MASS ASSIGNEMENT
Mass allocation allows you to select several leads and assign them to a sales rep.
Select the leads, then select "Assign to" from the Actions menu.
Choose a sales representative from the drop-down list or enter their name.
Self-assignment allows the user with the privilege to "Self assign an unassigned lead".
NOTIFICATIONS
In order for the sales rep to receive notification when one or more leads are assigned to him/her, he/she must first have activated them via the notification bell.
Click on the nut.
Select the notifications to be activated.
He will then see all the notifications of the leads assigned to him on iziflo and/or by email, depending on what he chose in the previous step.
