You can also integrate leads via an Excel CSV file. This will be helpful if you have a website that cannot be linked to iziflo.
In the LEADS menu, click on the import icon and select Leads. Then, download the template.
The file header indicates which fields are mandatory.
Complete the file with the leads you wish to integrate.
When the file is ready, save it, click on Select a file and import it in iziflo.
A window will open to inform you regarding the integration and any possible errors.
FROM THE CHATBOT OR WHATSAPP
In order to access this feature, you must first provide iziflo support with your Meta-certified Whatsapp number(s) (Whatsapp imposes this condition to distinguish a company's legitimacy).
Then, you will be asked for a series of details about your Whatsapp Business in order to associate your phone number(s) with iziflo (one phone number = one company).
Once configured, all your conversations with prospects will be centralized in iziflo's Leads module.
