To request an option, choose one or more available chassis in the STOCK menu. In the Actions menu, click on Request an option in Sales Operations.


In the window, fill in the client field. If the contact is not in the database, you can create a new contact by clicking on NEW CONTACT. The maximum time limit is already configured and can be reduced but not prolonged. You can also add a comment if needed. A follow-up will also be automatically created in your calendar unless you untick the Follow-up request box.


If you do not have moderation rights for options, the option request will be sent for validation by your manager. If the request is confirmed, the chassis will be reserved for the pre-set time limit.
