VEHICLES, TAXES AND EQUIPMENT TABS
To access the PF, click on the icon
. Your PF will appear as a window with several tabs.In this tab, you will be able to view the vehicle(s) in the order and their add-ons. You can add a new complement, modify the prices of the vehicle or existing complements.
You can modify or add a cost price for the complements (except for the vehicle), either for multiple or a single chassis.
When hovering over the cell, a pencil appears to indicate that the value can be modified. These modifications are taken into account in the calculation of the margin (last tab of the PF and summary sheet).
Once the PF is validated, it is no longer possible to add or modify a cost price (as for other values).
For a batch of vehicles, any action applies to all the vehicles in the batch. Only one line is displayed per chassis batch. The price displayed is that of all the vehicles. By hovering the mouse, it is possible to see the unit price.
FINANCING METHODS
This tab allows you to consult, modify or fill in the financing information. This tab allows you to fill in the details of the client's payment for this case.
You can indicate the method of payment, the date and the amount. It is possible to add a comment if needed.
UV TRADE-IN
This tab allows you to consult, modify or fill in the information of the trade-in used vehicle (UV).
COMMENT
This tab displays the remarks and delivery date indicated on the SO.
ACCOUNTING MARGIN
This tab shows the sale’s margin, including the sales price and the cost price. You can see the value and percentage of the margin.
