You can also have your clients sign any documents electronically via a signature pad. 

Access the E-signature column as described above then click on the badges. In the settings window, tick the biometric signature on the tablet.



If this is your first time using this feature, you will need to install the tablet driver. A pop-up will indicate the steps to take.


After installing the necessary drivers, connect the tablet to your computer and click on FINISHED. Click on the badges in the E-SIGNATURE column.


When the document appears, connect the tablet to your computer. You can now sign your document by clicking on the Sign as... button for his profile. If the signer has already signed, the button appears greyed out (see orange box), otherwise the field is green (see blue box).


Using the stylus, sign in the signature field then press confirm. You can next insert your initials, then click on CONFIRM again.
 Once these two steps have been completed, your document will update and display the signature in the dedicated field, in addition to the initials at the foot of the page.



The badges for which the signatures have been inserted and confirmed are now green.


The badges of documents signed and sent to the client appear in orange.
