The form is made up of several fields, shared across several tabs, that you must fill in as you go. You can navigate through these tabs thanks to the menu.


THE VEHICLE TAB

If you created your proforma via the stock, your vehicle is already added. You can modify or add one or several vehicles to the order. Otherwise, add a vehicle.



Add a used vehicle: You can search by chassis or by registration. Once found, complete the required information.

Modify sales price: You can modify the turnkey price:

- By entering a percentage discount. The new price is then automatically calculated. The price is updated according to this percentage.

- Or by entering a discount value. The new price is then automatically calculated. The price is updated according to the discount.

- Or by directly entering the discounted price in place of the default price. The discount percentage and the discount value are then calculated and displayed automatically.

If you need to link this proforma to a reference such as a client’s internal document number, you can enter it in the external document number field.

Once the elements have been completed, click on Add. The vehicle is added to the below list. You can also add other UV vehicles by repeating the steps described above.

Adding multiple used vehicles:

You can add more vehicles by repeating the steps described above.


THE OPTIONS TAB

The options tab allows you to view the vehicle’s options, to add or to modify these options.

Tick the vehicle for which you wish to add the option (if there is only one, it is already ticked). Click on Add options, then on New option.

You can then manually add any options needed for your sale.

- Choose the category of the option

- Enter the name

- Enter the list price and the sales price of the option

Once all the equipment has been added, click on Add.


THE SERVICE TAB

To add services for your vehicle, click on. In the following window, you can add a type of service.



Choose the service type, then the contract type

If required, enter the discount, complete the payment type and if needed, edit the legal notice, and click on Add.


THE FINANCING TAB

This tab allows you to add any client payments or vehicle financing

Choose the financing method from the list.



A pop-up opens according to the chosen financing method. Complete it and click on confirm.



Your payment then appears in the table. You can remove it or complete it by adding another payment in the ACTIONS column. The remainder to pay will update according to the payments entered.


THE ATTACHMENTS TAB

This tab allows the addition of attachments to the document. You can add picture formats (jpeg or png), Word, Excel or PDF.

Click on Add an attachment X and choose the type of document that you wish to add.

Choose the file, name it, and then click on Add.


THE OBSERVATIONS TAB

This tab allows you to add notes and comments, which are visible on the PDF. You can, for example, add a warranty notice.


THE FOLLOW-UP TAB

In this tab, you can schedule a follow-up and an event will appears in the Calendar with the document number and the contact. You can edit this follow-up or delete it. You can also schedule several follow-ups if needed.
