You can use the same NV process for used vehicle sales.
To access the UV proforma creation form, you can do the same as done for NV:
- From the DEALS menu
- From a contact form
- Convert a lead into a UV proforma
- From STOCK
FROM THE DEALS MENU
From the DEALS menu, click on
and click on
.
Then choose whether you can create a new deal or associate it with an existing deal.
FROM THE CONTACT MENU
From the CONTACT menu, find your contact, then in its form, click on the
of the DEALS tab, then on UV Proforma.
FROM A PROSPECT
From the DEALS menu, find the prospect to be transformed into a proforma. In the ACTIONS column, click on Convert into UV proforma.
FROM THE STOCK
You can also create proforma directly from the stock After filtering for UVs in the Category Code column, you will see all the available UVs in the STOCK menu.
A SINGLE CHASSIS
If you wish to create a proforma on a single UV, choose the chassis, click on the
.
You can then follow the process described above to create your UV proforma.
SEVERAL CHASSIS
Choose the chassis and click on Add to cart.
Note: as for the NVs, you must choose used vehicles with the same pricing scheme.
Click on the cart icon
to see the chassis that have been added to the cart.
Next choose the desired chassis and click on Proforma.
Choose the contact for whom you want to create this document. You can search for it using the search bar or from the list. Indicate if you want to create this RP in an existing deal or if you prefer to create a new deal. The form for entering the PR opens and the frames are already added. You just have to modify the prices if necessary and to complete the other tabs.
