Find your contact, then in the form’s menu click on DEALS. You will find the DEALS list that corresponds with your contact and inside you will find the proforma(s) (Marked as PR).

In the Deals list, you can use the search bar at the top or use the side filters to find your deal.
You can also click on
if you prefer to search your document by creation date, for example.
