If you need to create a proforma for a demo vehicle, you need to tick the DEMO VEHICLE box to access the demo vehicle list.



Two fields will be activated at the bottom of the vehicle’s form:

- Kilometres

- Date of circulation


OPTIONS


The options tab allows you to view, add or edit these options.

Any pre-configured default options will be automatically added. You can then choose to edit or remove these options via thebutton. Note, not all options are editable or removable.

To add an option specially requested by the client, tick the vehicle for which you wish to add the option (if there is only one, it’s already ticked). Click on, then on . In the following window, you can manually add any other requested options.


  1. Choose the option category.
  2. Enter the description.
  3. Enter the cost price and the sales price of the option.

Once all the requested options have been added, click on add.


SERVICES


To add a service to your proforma, tick the vehicle for which you wish to add the service. (This needs to be configured in advanced) Click on. A window opens, allowing the choice of the type of service.


Fill in the following fields:

  1. Choose the type of service, 
  2. Payment contract.

You can also add a discount then choose the payment type, add a legal note if necessary and click on add.



USED VEHICLE (UV) TRADE-IN


You can add one or several used vehicles as a trade-in and apply it to any financing towards the sale.

Enter the registration plate and the chassis number and click on search. If the chassis is in stock, all the information will be automatically completed. Otherwise, click on Modify info to complete or modify if needed.



Next fill in the kilometres, the professional cost, the reconditioning costs and the client trade-in value. The reduction will then be automatically calculated.


Fill in the end of warranty date if the vehicle is still covered. Choose whether the VAT should appear on the sales order (this will depend on the seller’s profile). Indicate the credit balance amount, if the vehicle still has a credit in progress and the credit validity end date.


Click on add to add the trade-in and enter another trade-in if needed.


FINANCING


This tab allows the entry of client payments or financing of the vehicle(s). Choose the finance method from the list.



A pop-up will open depending on the chosen financing method.



Fill in the information and click confirm. Your payment then appears in the table. You can, in case of error, delete it or complete it by adding another payment via the ACTIONS menu.


The remainder to be paid is automatically updated.


AUTOMATIC CALCULATION OF MONTHLY PAYMENTS


Iziflo can help you automatically calculate monthly loan payments thanks to its automatic payment calculator.


If you have configured trade-in values in the SETTINGS menu along with the type of fuel for the vehicle model, the calculator will automatically fill in the trade-in value fields.


If not, you will have to add the amount, interest rate, and trade-in value manually.



TRADE-IN VALUES MODERATION


You can set moderation levels of the proposed trade-in value if it does not correspond to what’s been configured, in the event that the user increases the trade-in value or if no grid has been set.


A PR and/or SO cannot be finalised until the trade-in value has been confirmed at the highest level in the DEALS menu.



THE ATTACHMENTS TAB


This tab allows the addition of attachments to the document. You can add picture formats (jpeg or png), Word, Excel or PDF.

Click onand choose the type of document that you wish to add. Choose the file and give it a title, then click on ADD.



THE OBSERVATIONS TAB


This tab allows you to add notes and comments, which will be visible on the PDF.


THE FOLLOW-UP TAB


An automatic follow-up is scheduled by default. An event will appear in your Calendar with the document number concerned and the name of the contact. You can modify this follow-up or delete it. You can also choose to add another follow-up.
