To create a PROSPECT, you can:
- Create a lead in the DEALS menu
- Create a lead in the contact card
- Convert an appointment into a transaction
ACCESS THE FORM
- From the DEALS menu
From the homepage, click on the DEALS menu, then on, followed
In the contact list that appears, search the contact’s name for the prospect, then click CONFIRM to access the prospect form.
For any new contacts, click on Create a new contact card directly from this menu then once finished, go back to the prospect form.
- From Contacts
From the contacts menu, find and click on your contact then click onin the Deals tab. Next, click on Prospect.
- By converting an appointment into a lead
From the contact form, click on NEW TRANSACTION in the Actions menu of a previously created appointment, then Prospect.
Note: To convert your appointment into a transaction, your appointment must only have two participants (you and the contact)
FILL IN THE FORM
In the approach field, you specify the type of approach that you have had with the contact from the list.
The evaluation field allows you to qualify the lead by using the star rating.
You can then add the vehicles your prospect is interested in, by filling in the fields: vehicle, quantity and requested delivery date (required). The latter corresponds to the month and year for when the purchase is planned. Next, click on Add. You can add as many vehicles as needed.
You can finalise this prospect by adding any notes and observations in the REPORT field.
Once your prospect is completed, you can:
- Save it
- Plan an appointment or a follow-up for this prospect
- See the PDF to print it (before a meeting, for example).
