You can manage GDPR for a client and to let their clients.
This allows them a greater level of control over their data, allowing them:
- To understand the how their data will be treated
- To choose, without constraint, whether to accept this treatment
- To change their mind at any time
If this module is activated, a note appears at the bottom of the contact form. When a contact card is saved, a consent form email is automatically sent to the contact. Whenever information is edited/added in terms of communication channels, a confirmation email will be sent.
A client can modify their contact consent any time by clicking on the link in the email and modifying the different parameters With each modification, the IZIFLO contact form is updated accordingly. A user can immediately know the consent status of their contact by the pictograms next to their contact information:
- The green circle: allowed
- The red circle: not allowed
- Yellow: not configured
At the top right of the screen, you can open the legends menu for reference.
