You can assign a sales rep to contacts so that each contact can have a primary point of contact.If you created the contact form, you are by default the assigned sales rep for a given period. (Configurable by each branch). The sales rep assignment can be extended for each:

  • Creation of a new transaction
  • Updated deal report

You can also assign or change a sales rep for a contact if you have the corresponding user right. To do so, click on Assign to sales rep. Next, choose the brand and the name of the main sales rep that you wish to assign. Click on Assign to confirm your choice.

To remove or modify an assignment, click on Actions in the menu next to the main sales rep.
