Once your contact form has been saved, you will find at the top :

  • Their name
  • Their telephone number
  • Their email address
  • Their address

You can add a photo by clicking on “Modify the photo”

You can perform actions on this form with the three tabs at the top:

  • DEALS lets you create leads, proformas and sales orders for this contact and to view all the transactions either in progress or archived
  • APPOINTMENT allows you to check the appointments history and to create appointments for this contact in your calendar.
  • FLEET allows you to enter the vehicles that your contact already have so that you can create a better client profile. When a client’s vehicle has been billed in iziflo, it is added automatically to the client’s fleet.

Below, you will find several menus which will allow you to check or complete information for this contact.

  • COMPANY REPS (for company contact forms only) allows you to assign a private individual(s) to a company contact form
  • ATTACHMENTS allows you to add attachments to your contact card
  • TRANSACTIONS HISTORY allows you to see the client’s purchase history or sales approaches
  • REVISIONS HISTORY will let you know who last modified the contact card and when
  • LINK WITH ANOTHER CONTACT allows you to link with another contact card (in the case of duplicate contact card)
  • ASSIGN TO SALES REP (if user right has been activated) allows you to assign or modify a sales rep assignment for this contact
