If you are using iziflo light +, you can import / update / delete vehicles from the stock list It works on the STOCK menu by importing an Excel file. To do so, click on the Import icon.
STOCK IMPORT
To import vehicles to the iziflo stock (ex : after creating a purchase order on the DMS), click on the "Create new vehicles" after opening the import pop up window. You can export a file that contains all the required and optional fields.
After filling in the Excel file, click on "Select a file" to upload the stock to iziflo. Every Excel line becomes a vehicle in the stock.
UPDATE THE STOCK
To update the stock, you also have to go through the import pop up window. After clicking on "Update vehicles" you can dowload an empty template file OR dowload a file that contains the vehicles you want to update.
To do so you have to tick the vehicles in the stock before exporting, and choose "Filled file with selected rows".
Then, modify the vehicle information on Excel, save, and import the file again with the "Select file" button.
DELETE FROM THE STOCK
If vehicles have to be deleted, you have to process the same way as for the stock update. You can either dowload an empty template file OR dowload a file that contains the vehicles you want to update.
To do so you have to tick the vehicles in the stock before exporting, and choose "Filled file with selected rows".
Then, complete the "Delete" column for each vehicle on Excel, save, and import the file again with the "Select file" button.
Any deletion is permanent.
