ADD A SERVICE TO A TRANSACTION

When creating a proforma or a sales order, you can add services to a document in the "Services" tab. Click on "Add/modify a service".
Maintenance contracts and/or warranty extensions that are available for the version you have added to the document will be displayed in a dropdown list.
Once you have chosen the service, you can also choose the service option such as tyres or relay vehicle.
After chosing and adding them, they will be displayed on the transaction PDF to give the client's.
The contract for the service will be editable and available in the Deals > Administrative documents. To know more, read this article.
Services (Maintenance contracts, warranty extensions, tyres / relay vehicle option) have to be previously implemented in the product administration as explained in this article.
