These changes are subject to privilege. It is necessary to contact the RSI of the country or their team for any modification requests.


In the Iziflo Settings, go to the section User Profile settings:




Select the Users view and enter the name of the user:




Select the user and click on Modify on the right side of the screen:




Modify the Email Address:


The new email can be entered here:




Modify the DMS ID:


For INCADEA: 



The DMS ID must be entered manually. It should match the one present in INCADEA.

If the DMS ID in INCADEA does not exist in Iziflo (and vice versa), billing will be blocked.



For ANNATA:


Click on the arrow below:



Two scenarios are possible:

  • ANNATA will create the DMS ID and send it back to Iziflo.
  • The DMS ID already exists in ANNATA and is sent back to Iziflo.

This process only works if the user has been designated as an employee in ANNATA beforehand.
