When creating a campaign, you choose how contacts are targeted. Once targeted, contacts can be assigned to an agent by a campaign administrator.
If the allocation is not made, all agents can process each contact in the campaign.
CAMPAIGN SETTINGS
In the administrator view, on the campaign line, click on the dropdown list under the "Actions" column and select "Assign agents" :
MULTIPLE ASSIGNMENT
It is necessary to select one or more contacts. These contacts must be processable.
Once one or more contacts are selected, the "Assign" button turns green :
A list of agents is provided by Iziflo.
This method allows multiple contacts to be assigned to an agent at once.
SINGLE ASSOCIATION
It is also possible to assign contacts one by one using the "Assigned to" column.
To do this, you’ll need to select an agent from the provided dropdown menu.
